Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of the Delorin platform and this website. Delorin is a business service: it is offered to companies and organisations, not private consumers. If your company has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.
1. The service
Delorin is an operations platform for trailer fleets, delivered as software as a service. The platform is currently in a private, invitation-only beta: features may change, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Delorin builds on data from connected systems (such as TMS and telematics providers) and is not responsible for outages or errors in those third-party systems. We make no guarantees about specific business outcomes.
2. Access and accounts
Access is granted by invitation. Sign-in happens through your organisation's Microsoft account, and your organisation controls who has access. Keep credentials confidential and make sure only authorised people in your organisation use the platform. We may suspend access that is being misused.
3. Responsible use
Use the platform lawfully and for legitimate business purposes only. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe or disrupt the service, or upload content that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms.
4. Your data
Your operational data belongs to you. We process it only to deliver and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy and any data processing agreement. When the relationship ends, we delete or anonymise your data after a reasonable retention period, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
5. Intellectual property
Delorin retains all intellectual property rights in the platform. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for as long as you have access. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the product without obligation.
6. Fees
During the private beta, any fees are agreed individually in writing. Published pricing will apply once the service becomes generally available. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Beyond that, our liability is limited to foreseeable, direct damages, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as operating loss, lost profits or loss of data. During the beta the service is provided as is.
8. Term and termination
Access runs until terminated. Either party can terminate with reasonable notice, and we may terminate immediately in the event of material breach. On termination, access is deactivated and your data is handled as described in section 4.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms with reasonable notice; continued use of the service after changes take effect counts as acceptance. These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
